1. No Warranty on Customer-Supplied Parts Hawkins Systems Co. does not provide any warranty, guarantee, or assurance on parts that are purchased and supplied by the customer. The customer assumes all responsibility for the quality, compatibility, and performance of such parts.

2. 30-Day Labor Warranty on Labor Repairs Hawkins Systems Co. guarantees labor for 30 days from the verified test drive and completion of repairs on Labor by an Hawkins Systems Co. employee ASE Level A Certified Automotive Technician/ Brand Specialist on the service completion date stated on billed invoice. This warranty only covers labor and does not apply to any issues caused by defective, incorrect, or incompatible customer-provided parts.

3. Limited Liability Hawkins Systems Co. is not responsible for:

● Defects, malfunctions, or failures of customer-supplied parts.

● Any damage to the vehicle or surrounding components caused by a faulty or incompatible customerprovided part.

● Additional labor costs if the provided part is incorrect, defective, or does not fit properly.

4. Manufacturer Warranties If the part has a manufacturer’s warranty, it is the customer’s sole responsibility to handle any claims, returns, or replacements directly with the manufacturer or seller.

5. Indemnification The customer agrees to release, indemnify, and hold Hawkins Systems Co. harmless from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from the installation or use of customer-supplied parts. By signing below, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms. ● Any parts provided are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty.

● No warranty applies to issues arising from improper use, neglect, or thirdparty modifications.

Our ASE Certified Technicians & OEM-Manufacture Trained Technicians are dispatched within 30 minutes (natural world conditions may make time differ) but may be subject to up to 1 Hour after recieving SOS from you or your dispatch.
