How do I request service?

Do you charge a dispatch or trip fee?
Yes we charge a Dispatch/Trip Fee on all service calls. Travel beyond 30 miles from Lake Saint Louis will also include mileage fee.
What are your standard rates?
Labor: $129.00
During Hours Of Operations Dispatch Fee: $95
After Hours Of Operations Dispatch Fee: +25% Surcharge
Mileage (After 30Miles): $4/mile
Flat rates available for common roadside services (jump starts, tire changes, lockouts, fuel delivery)
What payment methods do you accept?
All Credit & Debit Cards
ACH/Digital Payments (Only Approved by admin. & only for billable customer accounts)
All Services call will require a deposit.
COD Cash On Delivery Terminology (HSCO receives payment for all services performed, at end of service call and technician will stay on site until cleared from HSCO Dispatch.)
Do you warranty your work?
Yes we provide a 30-day labor warranty. Parts warranties depend on the supplier and type of part.
No warranty on customer supplied parts.
Can I supply my own parts?
Yes but HSCO cannot warranty customer-supplied parts. For the best coverage, we recommend parts sourced through HSCO.
What is your cancellation policy?
2+ Hours in advance: NO CHARGE
Less than 2 Hours / refusal on arrival: Non-refundable dispatch fee and/or deposit forfeiture applies.
What areas do you serve?
We cover Saint Peters, Lake St. Louis, St. Charles County, and the Greater St. Louis Metro. Travel outside our area may include an additional mileage fee.
How will i know when my technician is on the way?
You’ll receive text updates with your technician’s ETA, plus a confirmation when they arrive.
